Terms and Conditions for Shopping with Cherry Pie Lane via Etsy or Facebook (Payvment).

Orders

Must be made through either Etsy or the Facebook store. Should an item not be available, please contact us via email so that it may be listed for you.

Payment

Payment must be made via Paypal - you do not have to set up a Paypal Account in order to do this. Simply select 'Paypal' and choose 'pay by Credit Card'.

Payment should be made at the time of purchase. If payment has not been received, the sale will be cancelled and the item relisted. Please contact me if there are any problems making the transaction.

Shipping

Items that are in stock will usually be shipped to your VERIFIED paypal address within 3 working days. Items made to order may take up to 15 working days before being shipped. Please ensure that your VERIFIED paypal address is correct before placing your order. I will contact you when the item has been dispatched.

UK SHIPPING: Most items will be sent using Recorded First Class delivery (signed for). Very large items will be sent using Royal Mail Standard Parcels (not signed for). All parcels are insured against loss for up £41, this can be increased upon request (may incur additional costs). These services do NOT provide full tracking.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am happy to post items internationally. All packages will be sent using International signed for post (insured up to £39). Cheaper non signed for shipping options may be requested, but this is at the buyer's own risk.

Any customs or tax charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

I am happy to combine shipping costs if you buy two items or more - this should be automatic at the checkout.

Refunds and Exchanges

Cherry Pie Lane is unable to accept returns unless the item received is damaged. Products are individually handmade with care and packed to ensure that they reach you in the condition that they left me. Should your item(s) become damaged in transit, please contact me upon receipt. A replacement item will be sent out once the faulty product has been returned or photographic evidence has been e-mailed to me (this evidence is used to claim costs from the shipping company).

Exchanges may only be made at my discretion and with a product of equal value. Shipping to and from Cherry Pie Lane will be at the buyers expense.
